9 Best White-Label Social Media Tools in 2026 (Real Prices)
White-label means four different things, and most vendors sell you the cheapest one. Verified prices for what each tool actually rebrands in 2026 — reports, dashboard, custom domain, or a full reseller stack with billing.
Why is “white-label” the most misleading word in agency software?
Because it means four different things, and the vendor selling it to you rarely says which one.
Ask three agency owners what white-label means and you’ll get three answers: a logo on a PDF report, a dashboard the client logs into that looks like yours, and an entire product you resell with your own billing. All three get marketed with the same word. Only one of them lets you actually sell social media management as your own service.
So this comparison does two things. It sorts white-label into four concrete tiers, then reports which tier each tool actually reaches, with prices read off the vendor’s own pricing page on 28 July 2026. Where a vendor doesn’t publish a price, I say so rather than borrowing a number from someone else’s blog. Where a vendor publishes nothing about white-label at all, that gets stated too, because a comparison that only lists the tools with the feature hides the useful half of the answer.
What are the four tiers of white-label?
Get this framework right and the shortlist builds itself.
Tier 1: what does a branded report cover?
Your logo on an exported PDF. The client receives something that looks like it came from you; everything else still says the vendor’s name.
This is what most tools mean by white-label, and it is the cheapest by a wide margin. If your clients only ever see a monthly PDF, this is genuinely all you need, and paying agency-tier prices for more is waste.
Tier 2: what changes with a branded dashboard?
The client logs into a product that looks like yours. Your logo, your colours, no vendor branding in the interface.
The jump from Tier 1 to Tier 2 is the biggest in the category, both in what it enables and in what it costs. It’s the difference between sending deliverables and operating a platform.
Tier 3: why does a custom domain matter?
The client logs in at social.youragency.com rather than at the vendor’s address. Some vendors extend this to email, so notifications also come from your domain.
This is the tier where the vendor becomes genuinely invisible. Below it, a curious client can still work out who actually built the software.
Tier 4: what makes a reseller stack different?
Everything above, plus the commercial machinery: subscription management, a customer-facing dashboard, automated billing, coupon codes. At this tier you’re not using a tool with your logo on it, you’re running a product.
Only two options in this comparison reach Tier 4, and they are wildly different purchases.
Which tools reach which tier?
Every figure read from the vendor’s own pricing page, 28 July 2026.
| Tool | Highest tier | Price at that tier | What’s included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloud Campaign | 4 (hosted) | $299/mo ($249 annual) | Dashboard, subdomain, custom domain, email domain, marketing materials |
| Mixpost | 4 (self-hosted) | $1,199 one-time | Full branding + subscription management, customer dashboard, automated billing, coupons |
| Vista Social | 3 | $149/mo | White-labelled reports and dashboard, custom domain |
| Loomly | 3 | $332/mo ($249 annual) | Custom branding, branded subdomain |
| Sendible | 3 (add-on) | $499/mo + unpublished add-on | Custom branded reports from $199; White Label add-on from Elite |
| SocialPilot | 2 | ₹6,000/mo (India pricing) | White label reports; Enterprise adds “Advanced White Label” |
| Metricool | 2 | Custom plan only | White Label listed on the Custom tier only |
| Agorapulse | 1 | $79/user/mo | White-label reporting from entry Standard tier |
| Buffer | 1 | $10/mo per channel | Branded reports on Team |
| Hootsuite | — | — | Not published |
| Sprout Social | — | — | Not published |
| Statusbrew | — | — | Not published |
| Planable | — | — | Not published |
| Social by InstantDM | None | — | No white-label at any tier |
Four of the thirteen biggest names publish nothing about white-label. That isn’t an oversight on their part; Sprout and Hootsuite sell to in-house teams, where nobody needs the vendor hidden. It does mean that if you shortlisted them for an agency use case, white-label isn’t the reason.
Is Cloud Campaign the best hosted white-label option?
Yes, and among hosted tools nothing else is close.
Verified pricing (28 Jul 2026): Freelancer $49/month ($41 annual), Team $199/month ($165 annual), Agency $299/month ($249 annual). Unlimited users on every tier. Extra brand workspaces $29-49/month depending on plan. The CloudStudio add-on is $99/month per workspace. 14-day trial, no free plan.
What the white-label actually covers. Standard White-Labeling arrives on the Team plan at $199/month; Advanced White-Labeling on the Agency plan at $299/month. The published components are a white-labelled dashboard, a white-labelled subdomain, a custom domain, a white-labelled email domain, and white-labelled marketing materials and pitch deck.
That last item is unusual enough to flag: the vendor gives you unbranded sales collateral to sell their software as yours. Nobody else in this comparison publishes that.
Where it breaks. Your real entry price is $199, not $49. The Freelancer plan has no white-label at all, so the advertised entry price is irrelevant if rebranding is why you’re buying. The per-brand add-on fees also deserve reading carefully against the word “unlimited” on the Agency tier.
Takeaway: if you want to resell without running a server, this is the default and everything else is a compromise.
Is Mixpost Enterprise the cheapest route to a full reseller stack?
On a three-year view, yes, by a wide margin. It’s also the option most people will dismiss too quickly, because it means self-hosting.
Mixpost sells a perpetual licence. The Enterprise edition is explicitly a “launch your own SaaS” kit.
Verified pricing: Lite is free (Facebook Pages, X and Mastodon only). Pro is $299 one-time — all 11 platforms, AI assistant, advanced analytics, approval flow, hashtag manager, post templates, API, webhooks, MCP, basic white-label, unlimited workspaces and unlimited team members, with a year of free updates and perpetual use afterwards. Enterprise is $1,199 one-time and adds subscription management, a customer dashboard, automated billing, coupons and full white-label branding. Non-profits get 30% off Pro.
Why it’s the value answer. Enterprise is the only option here that ships the commercial layer, not just the cosmetic one. Compare over three years, assuming a $8/month VPS:
| Option | Three-year total |
|---|---|
| Mixpost Enterprise, self-hosted | $1,487 |
| Cloud Campaign Agency, monthly | $10,764 |
| Cloud Campaign Agency, annual | $8,964 |
| Loomly Beyond, annual | $8,964 |
| Sendible Elite + unpublished add-on | $17,964 + unknown |
Mixpost pays for itself against Cloud Campaign’s annual rate in under five months. That excludes your setup time and the platform API work, which are the real costs — see the caveats below.
Where it breaks. You are running a server, and the software cost was never the expensive part. You supply your own platform developer apps, which means TikTok’s compliance audit, LinkedIn’s legal-entity requirement, Meta’s app review, and X’s per-post API pricing. Mixpost’s last commit was 16 March 2026 when I checked, about four months prior — active, but a slower cadence than the busiest projects in its category. And the $1,199 buys one year of updates, not three.
Takeaway: the cheapest genuine reseller stack in the category, if “self-hosted” is a sentence you can finish without wincing. Full detail in our open-source scheduler comparison.
Is Vista Social the best value for a branded dashboard?
For Tier 3 without Tier 4, yes.
Verified pricing: Professional $79/month (15 profiles, 2 users), Advanced $149/month (30 profiles, 4 users), Scale $349/month (70 profiles, 8 users), Enterprise custom. Annual billing is 20% off: $758/year on Professional, $1,430 on Advanced, $3,638 on Scale. 14-day trial, no card required.
What you get at $149. The Advanced plan is the cheapest tier in this entire comparison that includes white-labelled reports, a white-labelled dashboard, and a custom domain together. Multi-stage approval workflows arrive at the same tier, which is a useful coincidence, since agencies that want the vendor hidden usually also want client sign-off.
Where it breaks. Seats are capped and counted: 2, then 4, then 8. It’s the only tool here combining workspace-style pricing with a hard seat limit, so a growing team can push you up a tier even when your client count is flat. And there’s no reseller layer, so billing your clients is still your problem.
Takeaway: the best white-label-per-dollar in the comparison, with a seat ceiling worth modelling before you commit.
What about Loomly, Sendible, SocialPilot and Metricool?
Four tools where white-label exists but the placement is awkward.
Does Loomly’s white-label justify the jump?
Verified pricing: Starter $65/month ($49 annual, 12 accounts, 3 users). Beyond $332/month ($249 annual, 60 accounts, unlimited users) — this is where custom branding and a branded subdomain live. Enterprise custom, 61+ accounts. Per workspace, not per seat.
The problem is the middle. Starter is $65 and Beyond is $332, a five-fold jump with nothing between, and white-label is on the far side of it. If you’re at 12 accounts and need branding, your bill quintuples overnight for a tier whose branding stops short of a full custom domain.
Takeaway: fine if you’re already at Beyond for the account count. A poor reason to get there.
Why can’t you budget for Sendible’s white-label?
Verified pricing: Core $19/month (1 workspace, 6 profiles), Plus $99 (3 workspaces, 18 profiles), Premium $199 (7 workspaces, 42 profiles), Elite $499 (15 workspaces, 90 profiles), Enterprise $999+ (50 workspaces, 300 profiles). Unlimited users on every plan. 14-day trial.
Sendible’s workspace ladder is the cleanest agency pricing model in the category, and custom branded reports arrive at Premium ($199). But full White Label is a paid add-on starting from the Elite plan at $499/month, and the add-on price is not published.
That’s the issue. You cannot build a budget around “$499 plus an unknown number,” and an agency deciding between platforms on cost has to open a sales conversation just to compare. Everything else about Sendible’s pricing is unusually transparent, which makes this gap conspicuous.
Takeaway: excellent per-workspace economics, unquotable white-label.
Does SocialPilot’s white-label work outside India?
SocialPilot puts white-label reports and client approval workflows on the same tier.
Verified pricing, with a caveat: the page geolocated me and served Indian rupee pricing. Standard ₹2,000/month (₹1,700 annual) with 10 accounts and 1 user. Premium ₹6,000/month (₹5,100 annual) with 30 accounts and 3 users, which is where white label reports and client approval workflows appear. Extra accounts and extra users are ₹200/month each. Enterprise adds “Advanced White Label.” 14-day trial.
The add-on model is unusually transparent and cheap, and pairing white-label reports with approvals on one tier is sensible design. But I can’t quote you a dollar figure, so check socialpilot.co/pricing from your own region before budgeting. Treat the tier structure as reliable and the numbers as directional.
Takeaway: good feature placement, verify the price in your currency.
Why is Metricool’s white-label placement the most restrictive here?
Verified pricing: Free (1 brand, 20 posts/month). Starter from €16-29 or $20-36/month for 5-10 brands. Advanced €43-130 or $53-210/month for 15-50 brands. Custom on request. Pricing scales by brand, which is the most agency-shaped model in the comparison.
And then White Label is listed on the Custom plan only — not Advanced, not any published tier. That is the most restrictive placement of white-label of any tool here. Metricool is otherwise the cheapest way in this comparison to manage many brands, at roughly $20-36/month for ten. If you need the vendor hidden, none of that value is available to you at a published price.
Takeaway: unbeatable per-brand economics, white-label locked behind a sales call.
Is a branded report enough?
Often, yes, and this is the section that should save some readers a lot of money.
If your clients receive a monthly PDF and never log into anything, you need Tier 1, and Tier 1 is cheap:
- Buffer Team — $10/month per channel, includes branded reports, approval workflows and unlimited team members
- Agorapulse Standard — $79/user/month, white-label reporting from the entry tier
Buffer at $10 per channel is a fraction of the $149-299 that dashboard-level white-label costs. For a five-client agency where the deliverable is a report, buying Cloud Campaign Agency instead is roughly $3,000 a year for branding nobody will ever see.
The question to answer honestly before shortlisting anything: does your client ever log in? If no, stop at Tier 1. If yes, you need at least Tier 2 and the calculation changes completely.
What are the hidden costs of going white-label?
The tier below the one you need is the advertised price. Cloud Campaign markets $49; white-label starts at $199. Loomly markets $65; branding starts at $332. In both cases the headline number is for a plan that doesn’t do the thing you’re buying for.
Per-brand and per-workspace add-ons. Cloud Campaign’s extra brand workspaces are $29-49/month each, and CloudStudio is $99/month per workspace. On a five-brand setup those add up faster than the base plan.
Unpublished add-on pricing. Sendible’s White Label add-on and Metricool’s Custom plan both require a sales conversation. Budget for the conversation ending higher than the tools that publish.
Your own support load. This is the one nobody lists. When the vendor is invisible, you are the vendor. Client emails about a failed Instagram post come to you, not to Sendible. Full white-label converts a software subscription into a support obligation, and that cost is measured in hours, not dollars.
How do you choose in under an hour?
Four questions, in order:
- Does your client ever log in? No → Tier 1, buy Buffer Team at $10/channel and stop. Yes → continue.
- Do you bill your clients through the platform? Yes → Tier 4: Cloud Campaign Agency ($299/mo) hosted, or Mixpost Enterprise ($1,199 one-time) self-hosted. No → Tier 2 or 3.
- Do you need your own domain, or just your own logo? Own domain → Vista Social Advanced ($149/mo) is the cheapest. Logo only → Loomly or SocialPilot, if you’re on those tiers anyway.
- Can you run a server? Yes → price Mixpost Enterprise against three years of anything hosted; the gap is roughly $7,500. No → Cloud Campaign.
If you’re still torn, run trials concurrently rather than sequentially. Agorapulse gives 30 days, most others 14. A month of parallel testing on a real client settles it better than any comparison, including this one.
Where does Social by InstantDM not fit?
We have no white-label. At all. Not branded reports, not a branded dashboard, not a custom domain, not a reseller layer. If any tier in this post is why you’re shopping, we are not on your list, and Cloud Campaign or Mixpost is the honest recommendation.
I’ll also note what’s not true: there’s white-label tenant architecture on our roadmap, and I’m not going to describe it as though it ships today, because it doesn’t. When it does, this page gets updated with verified prices like everything else here.
What we actually do have, for the narrower case where it matters: Pro $19/month (1 workspace, 15 accounts), Max $49/month (3 workspaces, 20 accounts), Ultra $99/month (5 workspaces, 50 accounts), with unlimited team members on every plan and API plus MCP access on every plan. That last one is genuinely unusual — Mixpost puts MCP on its $299 edition, and most of this list publishes no agent access at all. Our 4-day trial is short and there’s no free tier.
Who that suits: a small studio automating its own publishing from its own tooling. Who it doesn’t: anyone reselling social media management under their own brand, which is everyone this post is for. Hence one section, at the bottom, and no ranking.
What should you re-check before buying?
Two trends worth watching, and one instruction.
White-label is moving up the price ladder, not down. Metricool’s Custom-only placement and Sendible’s Elite-tier add-on are both stricter than the branded-report tiers common a few years ago. The cosmetic tier is getting cheaper while the real thing gets gated higher.
More vendors are hiding prices. Hootsuite and Statusbrew publish no plan prices at all now, and two of the white-label features in this comparison have no published cost.
Both trends make a dated, sourced comparison more useful and harder to fake, which is also the argument for checking the vendor’s page yourself before you buy. Every number here was read on 28 July 2026. Re-read the two rows where I couldn’t get one at all.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best white-label social media management software in 2026?
Cloud Campaign, if you want it hosted. Its Agency plan at $299/month (or $249/month billed annually) is the only hosted tool that publishes a complete white-label stack: white-labelled dashboard, white-labelled subdomain, custom domain, white-labelled email domain, and white-labelled marketing materials and pitch deck, with unlimited brands, accounts and users. Vista Social's Advanced plan at $149/month is the value pick if you need a white-labelled dashboard and custom domain but not the email domain or sales materials.
What does white-label actually mean in social media software?
Four different things, and vendors rarely say which one they mean. Tier 1 is a branded report: your logo on an exported PDF. Tier 2 is a branded dashboard the client logs into. Tier 3 adds a custom domain, so they log in at your address. Tier 4 is a full reseller stack with subscription management, a customer dashboard and automated billing, so you sell it as your own product. Most tools advertising white-label are selling Tier 1.
What is the cheapest way to fully white-label a social media tool?
Mixpost's Enterprise edition at $1,199 one-time, if you are willing to self-host. It is the only option in this comparison that includes subscription management, a customer dashboard, automated billing and coupons alongside full white-label branding. Cloud Campaign's hosted Agency plan reaches a similar branding depth at $299/month, which is $3,588 a year, so Mixpost pays for itself in under five months against it, before hosting and your own setup time.
Which tools include white-label on their cheapest plan?
None include full white-label at entry level. Agorapulse publishes white-label reporting from its $79/user/month Standard plan and Buffer includes branded reports on its $10/month-per-channel Team plan, but both are branded reports only, not a rebranded dashboard. The cheapest genuine dashboard-level white-label is Vista Social's Advanced plan at $149/month.
How much does white-label social media software cost?
Branded reports start around $10/month per channel on Buffer's Team plan or $79/user/month on Agorapulse. A branded dashboard with a custom domain starts at $149/month on Vista Social. A complete hosted reseller stack is $299/month on Cloud Campaign's Agency plan. Self-hosted, Mixpost Enterprise is $1,199 one-time. Sendible sells white-label as a paid add-on from its $499/month Elite plan and does not publish the add-on price.
Does Sendible offer white-label?
Partly, and the pricing is incomplete. Sendible's Premium plan at $199/month includes custom branded reports. Full White Label is listed as a paid add-on starting from the Elite plan at $499/month, and the price of that add-on is not published on the pricing page. That makes Sendible impossible to budget for accurately without a sales conversation, which is worth knowing before you shortlist it.
Which social media tools do not offer white-label at all?
Four of the thirteen I checked publish nothing about white-label on their pricing pages: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Statusbrew and Planable. Metricool restricts white-label to its Custom plan, the most restrictive placement in this comparison. Social by InstantDM has no white-label at any tier.
Can you white-label Social by InstantDM?
No. We have no white-label at any tier: not branded reports, not a branded dashboard, not a custom domain. If reselling under your own brand is why you are shopping, we are not an option and Cloud Campaign or Mixpost is the honest answer. What we do have is unlimited team members on every plan and API plus MCP access on every plan, which matters if you are automating your own publishing rather than reselling a dashboard.
